Design Streaming for events

The success of a good streaming depends to a large extent on its design, creating a graphic according to the corporate image of the event, and taking into account the sources available to us.   

Background   

The background (background) is usually designed with corporate colors and graphics. It is possible to insert logos, claims, photographs or whatever can be creatively imagined. Today, in a world where events are lived and shared on social networks, it is highly recommended to make the act's hastag visible. Sources   

Once we have the background design with the hastag, it is time to assess which fonts we are going to include. If the speaker is using videos, power points, keynotes or photographs, we can broadcast it via streaming in full screen, or in pip (picture in picture) as shown below.      

Another input source will be the live image. Most of the events have live multi-camera production. It is important that the audience have a visual reference of what is happening at the event, and can follow the speakers live. In this case, we place the speaker on the left in a smaller box than the charts. Its design is unlimited, both in size and its location in the background, and can even be issued in full screen if there are no slides.      

Cairons   

A professional streaming allows you to insert cairons (name of the speakers), next to the position, company, etc. This adds value to the broadcast, and its design, size, and location also depends on the type of image we want to transmit.      

Charts 

An event usually has breaks, coffee breaks, changes of speakers, and we must avoid broadcasting an empty room or black content. To do this, charts are designed to be inserted in these "breaks". They can include the claim of the event, phrases that explain that the broadcast will return shortly, or simply the logo of the event.
