Audiovisuals for common areas at trade shows

MD Audiovisual Services has supplied the audiovisual equipment in prominent spaces at the Efintec fair for Eventalista, such as the auditorium, the Innovation Zone, the School of Installers, or the Afterwork which has been the meeting point to facilitate Networking between professionals in the sector. 
It is increasingly common to find common areas at fairs that are frequented by a large number of attendees. They are spaces where you can exhibit, communicate or expand your network of contacts, and audiovisuals are going to be key in these areas: 

  

Audiovisuals for auditoriums at fairs 

One of the most frequented common spaces has been the main Auditorium, where dozens of speakers have passed through. On this occasion, an LED screen has been chosen where Power points and corporate videos can be viewed. The signal of the event was also broadcast live. Remote-controlled robotic cameras were used to cover both the presentations at the lectern and the round tables at the event. 

The room has been equipped with lighting and the sound equipment necessary for the different types of events, with up to 8 wireless microphones simultaneously. 

 

Press Area 

It is quite common to provide the Auditorium with a press rack where the sound of the event is provided to the different televisions and radios. This sound comes directly from the sound table, so it maintains optimal quality. The press rooms are areas designed to facilitate the work of journalists. At the audiovisual level, the live broadcast of the event is broadcast on screens with projection on LED screens or on LED monitors. The room is also equipped with sound racks to facilitate its distribution. 

Installers School 

The fair had more spaces such as the Installers School, where installers can expand their knowledge in an interactive and gamified way. The entire area was sound-controlled, illuminated and also had an LED screen to view the content. 

Additional areas 

EFINTEC is the reference fair for the installation and energy sector that has closed this 2024 edition with the presence of more than 8,000 professionals. Attendees have been able to see first-hand the latest technological innovations thanks to its 170 exhibitors, including manufacturers, distributors and companies related to the sector, but also thanks to additional areas such as the Innovation Zone, a space that generates many visits and where exhibiting companies can present their latest developments. They are smaller spaces, equipped with sound and wireless microphones, and audiovisuals to be able to project the content of the speakers. A classic is the LED television with a professional floor stand, which is adjustable in height to facilitate the audience's vision. These are spaces where round tables can also be held and the proximity of the public facilitates interaction and encourages debate. 

  

Afterwork   

The Afterwork is an area and a meeting point designed to facilitate networking. In the middle of the afternoon it is activated, welcoming professionals from the sector. This space maintains a different dynamic, with a more relaxed aesthetic and the audiovisuals are in line with this. The area is equipped with drinks bars, and both the light, sound and projections must be in line with the atmosphere that is desired to be generated. On this occasion, the visuals were distributed on multiple LED monitors, and a central LED screen that supported the disc jockey's content.
