Digital Multiplex (DMX) is a universal protocol used to control all the lights, including the robotic ones, from the lighting table. Taking the same space as above as an example, with dimensions of 4 hectares, logically, depending on the type of event, it will require another type of audiovisual equipment. Many anniversaries use video as a resource to congratulate the person being honoured. This needs a support where it can be displayed with dimensions and sound that can satisfy the audience. An audiovisual partner must have professional sound and LED screens for rent, thus solving the specific needs of the event. 

Common audiovisual equipment 

The case we have dealt with shows us the difficulty of establishing common audiovisual equipment for all permanent installations. As we pointed out, each space, auditorium or venue, is oriented to a type of event and requires a prior study that analyzes the possible future events. Even so, we can intuit that sound is going to be a fundamental part in most spaces, with microphones to be able to communicate with the audience and if it is an auditorium it is common to use a lectern with integrated microphones. This is the case of a modernist style space located in the center of Barcelona that in recent years closed the factory and became a warehouse. Today it is a space of creative transformation, a place for artists and creators, with multiple events a year. Fixed Installations 

Not all spaces require a change of format or to host events inside. This is the case of museums with permanent exhibitions or audiovisual resources to advertise the place. This is the case of a famous gallery in Barcelona that has chosen to decorate its two floors with a transparent LED screen, covering all its windows and at the same time, allowing its interior to be seen. 

The management of these spaces is based on conservation, with maintenance and repair service for the equipment in case of any deterioration. 

  

Venue Management 

Many venues do not have any type of equipment and require an audiovisual partner for their events. This company is responsible for the rental, installation and offers audiovisual technicians to carry out different events, no matter how complex they are.
