MD has collaborated with the Catalina Foundation

The Catalina Foundation was presented with a solidarity dinner surrounded by well-known athletes, singers, public figures, chefs, and a broad representation of Barcelona society. Marc Gasol, Robert Lewandowski, Wojciech Szczęsny, and chefs like Roman Fornell among others, were present in this important event.

The Catalina Foundation is a non-profit organization that works in the areas of social food, inclusive culinary training, and food waste reduction. Óscar Manresa created the Catalina Foundation to connect professional kitchens with social entities and demonstrate that gastronomy is a real tool for social transformation. The Foundation seeks to rescue surplus food from restaurants and channel it through associations and organizations, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
