MD responsible for the live broadcast of the Nintendo Switch 2 competitions

Barcelona has once again been the meeting place for otaku culture. The 31st Manga Barcelona convention closed with 167,000 attendees in love with Japanese culture, cosplay, manga, and video games—lots of video games.

Nintendo Manga Barcelona

The Nintendo booth featured almost 200 gaming stations in over 3,000 m2. MD Audiovisual Services managed all the multimedia elements so that attendees could compete behind the wheel in Mario Kart World races, or accompany Donkey Kong (this year's sponsor of Manga Barcelona) on his journey to the center of the planet in search of his beloved golden bananas. Competitions for their newest and most iconic games were all played on the Nintendo Switch 2 console and broadcast on a large LED screen.

8-screen live composition for gamers using E2"

MD Audiovisual Services was tasked with broadcasting Nintendo Switch 2 tournaments in competitions such as Mario Kart World, Kirby Air Riders, and EA FC26, showcasing and highlighting featured players in full screen, along with a collage of all participants, all in extremely high quality, live, and without any delay. In addition, several gaming content creators visited the booth to play with the audience and entertain during the competition finals. The setup consisted of an E2 configuration with eight live screens for the gamers and a central fountain for the Nintendo Switch logo.
